For over three decades, Dr Zein Obagi defined the concept of skin health and developed skincare treatments and programs that can create truly healthy skin. Now with the introduction of ZO Medical products, Dr Obagi’s next generation of therapeutic skincare products and treatments are exclusively available through skin health professionals.
The Basic course is essential for anyone interested in acquiring a good understanding of the entire ZO product range. Although there is no hands-on during this one-day course, it is nevertheless packed with information from start to finish. It is quite common for delegates to want a repeat session on a future date in order to ask more questions and get a better understanding. In such cases we offer a place free of charge.
This ZO Medical Intermediate training course can only be completed by delegates that have already attended the introductory workshop. There will be a live demonstration for which delegates are expected to provide a properly prepped model, for a minimum of 4 weeks, but preferably 6 weeks, and models should arrive at the venue at 2:00pm.
To qualify as an attendee, you must be a prescriber or have a prescriber that physically works within the clinic 3 days per week minimum. You must work from a medical clinic and not large numbers of multiple sites i.e. No practitioners who travel extensively and offer services within numerous hair and/or beauty salons.
Agenda for Basic course
We start at 10:30am and usually break for lunch at 12:30pm for half an hour. Resuming at 1:00pm, we have two further tea breaks at 3:00pm and 4:30pm. We aim to finish before 5:00pm.
Topics include skin layers; skin cells; Obagi skin classification system; patient assessment; ZO principles; steps in skin health; body renewal; reactions; special skin conditions
